Mint Chocolate Hazelnut Energy Bites

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/2 cup almonds or walnuts
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 Tbsp almond milk
- Drop of mint extract
- Chopped hazelnuts for rolling
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except for the hazelnuts, in a food processor and mix until well combined. Batter should stick together and be a little sticky.
2. Roll dough into 1" balls, coat balls in hazelnuts and set on a tray.
3. Place tray in the fridge for an hour to set.
4. Enjoy on the go or as a treat!
