Mixed Dal Makhani

Once you give it a try, you will never try any other daal
Ingredients:
1. Mix daal (mooong, chana, udad etc)
2. Onions
3. Tomatoes
4. Chillies (red and green)
5. Cardamon
6. Fenugreek seeds
7. Cumin seeds
8. Coriander powder.
9. Cumin powder
10. Garam masala
11. Salt
12. Red chilly powder
Direction:
Add one tablespoon of salt in daal and soak it overnight then boil it, take oil in a pan add fenugreek and cumin seeds, add cardamom and then add onions,fry it until translucent. Now add tomatoes, now add all spices fry it for 4-5 minutes until tomatoes soft now add this paste into daal, serve this with fresh coriander leaves and garam masala, you can add mayonnaise or cream at the last..
